INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup olive oil
1 pound tuna cut
into chunks
DIRECTIONS
In a very small pot,
heat oil to a simmer
over medium-low
heat.
Cook a few
chunks at a time for
3-5 minutes.
The
tuna should be just
pink in the middle.
Remove to paper
towels or brown
paper bags to drain.
Discard oil after all
tuna is cooked.
